Hilton Pearl River Hotel, Pearl River

I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms looked miserable and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, plus there was a loud noise that kept waking us up every night. On the positive side, the service was generally good, the location was peaceful with scenic views, and the dining options, though not perfect, were reasonably priced. The facilities were decent but not outstanding.

The hotel room was neat and clean, but the furnishings were Spartan. The AC was disappointing, and there was a large red stain on the carpet. The interiors were dated, and the clock never functioned properly despite multiple attempts to fix it. However, the service was exceptional and accommodating, especially during the planning process. The location was lovely and clean, with good food and attentive service. The dining experience was of reasonable value, perfect for kids, and featured Sicilian products.
