Reviews and Ratings
I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms looked miserable and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, plus there was a loud noise that kept waking us up every night. On the positive side, the service was generally good, the location was peaceful with scenic views, and the dining options, though not perfect, were reasonably priced. The facilities were decent but not outstanding.
The hotel room was neat and clean, but the furnishings were Spartan. The AC was disappointing, and there was a large red stain on the carpet. The interiors were dated, and the clock never functioned properly despite multiple attempts to fix it. However, the service was exceptional and accommodating, especially during the planning process. The location was lovely and clean, with good food and attentive service. The dining experience was of reasonable value, perfect for kids, and featured Sicilian products.
The hotel was conveniently located for our trip with beautiful surroundings and a friendly staff. The room had some minor disappointments, but overall, it was a good stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had a very comfortable king bed but were quite disappointing due to a large red stain on the carpet, dated interiors, and a clock that never functioned properly despite efforts from the front desk. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area, with access to the parkway and near towns. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the dining options, though reasonable, could have been better for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was a large red stain on the carpet, and the interiors felt a bit dated. The clock never worked properly despite multiple attempts by the staff to fix it. On the plus side, the hotel offered a discounted block of rooms, which was a nice perk.
The hotel is situated perfectly for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of New York City. The rooms lacked a fridge and only had a microwave, and being near the ice machine was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff was accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
